Came from New Zealand and this Hotel meet my expectations. It was a great sized (twin share extra) room. Beds were very comfortable and really good shower pressure. Very clean. We had breakfast one morning and it was good buffet style in a comfortable breakfast room. Staff where very helpful. Proximity to Central Station made for easy flat walking to the hotel. Water dispenser on each floor for both still and sparkling water is a good touch. Nice co working space if you need it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dusseldorf. Thanks for having us.

Bugüne kadar değişik ülkelerde ve şehirler de Accor otellerinde uygulama üzerinden rezervasyon yaparak konakladım. Uygulama da bu otel ile ilgili görsel yanıltıcı ve gerçeği yansıtmıyor. Otel odasında eşyalarını, giysilerinizi koyabileceğiniz hiç bir dolap yoktu. Oda temiz değildi her yer toz içinde idi. Yerler halı olduğu için yürüdüğünüz zaman tozlar havada uçuşuyordu. Bununla ilgili fotoğraf paylaşabilirim. Banyo yine temiz değildi ve diğer zincir otellerinizle kıyas kabul edilmeyecek kadar kötü ve temiz değildi. Otelin temiz olmadığının görülmesini sağlamak için ışıklandırma çok kötü bir şekilde yapılarak misafirin anlamaması için çaba gösterildiği açıkça görülüyordu.

Staff were so friendly and helpful couldn’t ask for more especially Greg. He was absolutely brilliant.

Greg went the extra mile for us all. What a joy he was. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best. Definitely recommend the hotel and staff.

Great recently renovated connecting rooms (one twin and one double) in quiet location. Close to the train station but still an easy stroll to the centre. We didn’t see any other guests in the lounge during our 5 day stay, we didn’t try the breakfast / food. The renovation has given a stylish decor to the rooms but the sockets / switches / lights don't match the new layout. For example, the sockets in the bathroom have been blocked up, the full length mirror in the bedroom doesn’t have a socket (to use a hairdryer) close to it and there isn’t a light near the mirror (it has a very gentle backlight). I would have appreciated a mini bar / fridge and some USB sockets. I hit my toes far too many times on the door stop which camouflaged in the carpet in the middle of the wardrobe area. A pleasant stay (we preferred the Ruby hotel on our previous visit to Düsseldorf -but it doesn’t offer family or connecting rooms).
