Отель очень стильный, современный, с хорошим расположением. Бонус - свой бассейн и бани. В номере было уютно, тепло, тихо. Номер небольшой, но места для двоих достаточно. Порадовал "сладкий" час с разными вкусностями! Персонал приветливый.

Не было салфеток в номере- пустая салфетница. Косметический набор абсолютно не укомплектованный который вы предоставляете - не было мини набора для чистки зубов. Фен для волос я тоже не нашла к сожалению. Также я не увидела ни кофе капсул для кофе машины, ни пакетиков с чаем, обычно они на виду, но я так и не поняла где они. Пароль Вайфай от интернета моего номера тоже нигде в номере я не нашла, он также не был написан на конверте с карточкой от двери, пришлось звонить на ресепшен. И основная дверь в отель не открывалась по карточке с улицы когда я вернулась в 00.20 и мне пришлось долго стоять на улице и только может быть с седьмого раза она открылась. Это причинило мне беспокойство и неудобство и на ресепшене также никого не было кто бы мог помочь.

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences and frustrations you encountered during your visit. While we are pleased to see that you were satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and interactions with our team, we regret that several practical details in the room and around the hotel impacted your overall impression. We are very sorry that the tissue box in your room had not been properly replenished prior to your arrival. This certainly does not reflect the attention to detail we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for additional follow-up. Regarding the room amenities, please kindly note that all guest rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, although in some room categories it may be stored inside the drawer located in the hallway wardrobe area. In addition, the coffee capsules and tea selection are placed in the small drawer directly beneath the coffee machine. We fully understand, however, that if these items are not immediately visible, this can easily create confusion and inconvenience during the stay. As part of our Green Globe sustainability commitment, we intentionally reduce unnecessary single-use amenities placed directly in the rooms. Nevertheless, complimentary additional toiletries — including toothbrushes and toothpaste — are available 24 hours a day from our reception team upon request. We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights that we should communicate this information more clearly to our guests upon arrival. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hotel entrance door during the late evening hours. We completely understand how uncomfortable and concerning it must have felt to remain outside while the key card reader did not respond properly, particularly when no team member was immediately visible at reception. Although we are currently unable to determine why the system did not function correctly at that moment, we have already forwarded your comments to our maintenance supervisor for immediate inspection and follow-up. Regarding the Wi-Fi access information, the login details are available within the room through a QR code as well as inside the guest directory. However, we recognize that this may not have been sufficiently noticeable, and we appreciate your suggestion regarding the key card envelope as a potentially more convenient solution. We also regret your disappointment regarding the booking rate. Our team does aim to remain competitive and match available rates whenever possible, and we are sorry if your direct booking experience did not meet your expectations in this regard. At the same time, we would like to thank you for your constructive suggestions and detailed observations.
