Номер был чистым, завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, но официанты долго не приносили приборы и мне пришлось брать их с другого стола. В шоколадный час, мы пришли туда в 16.30, везде стояли грязные тарелки, чистых не было, тарелки с десертами тоже были пустые. Не принесли пока не попросили

Отличный отель в центре Таллинна. На рецепшен быстро и вежливо объяснили условия размещения. Очень приятно на русском языке. Номер выше всяких похвал. Небольшой СПА с парой бань поразили чистотой. Ужинали на 6 этаже в ресторане ROOF, блюда , подача и обслуживание на высоком уровне. А такого разнообразного завтрака я еще не видела. Обязательно вернемся !

Качество отеля, номера, ужина и завтрака на высоком уровне! Всё очень понравилось! Но к сожалению был большой недочёт, который некачественно и долго исправляли! В пакет входило шампанское и фрукты в номере по прибытию! Когда въехали в номер, этого не было, мы сразу сообщили об этом. Нас не было 2 часа и по возвращению всё равно не было ничего принесено, пришлось опять попросить принести обещанное шампанское и фрукты. Приобрели сами винную карту и купили вина. Ушли на ужин и только после ужина принесли, но нас нужно было уходить и насладиться шампанским и фруктами нам не удалось! Тем более фрукты были такого вида как будто еле еле что то нашли на кухне ресторана.. лучше бы просто положили мандарины и шоколад! Это сильно испортило впечатление о пакете на двоих!
