It was extremely pleasant stay from the very first moment till the last second ! The parking is with lots of vacant places, smooth and very efficient check in with Nikita ( thanks, Nikita) ! The room was clean and cozy, the bed was so comfortable so comfortable. The bathroom was modern, shiny clean with good quality bath amenities. Free WIFI was with strong signal and good speed! Unfortunately, the stay was so short that we were not able to enjoy the breakfast. However, the complimentary tea and coffee at the lobby for the hotel guests were a wonderful surprise and added value to the stay. The check out was a signature one , smooth and efficient with Nikita.Nikita, thank you one more time! All in all, great value for money paid, highly recommended and definitely we will be back! Thank you!

Excellent hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Good size room with air con, comfortable beds and a good shower ( pressure ok but could be better). Staff were 1st class, checkin too a few seconds and when I asked for an ironing board it was delivered to the room within a few minutes. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed. It is a bit out from the old town, bus stops right outside, it was 2 stops to the Opera House and 3 stops to the top end of the Old Town. I would very happily stay here again.

Из «минусов»: 28 июня заселился в 431 номер. Проблема с душевой. Слив сделан неправильно, вся вода идет к умывальнику и унитазу. 2 июля заселился с тремя детьми, - 4 года, 11 лет и 14 лет. На сайте написано, что семейные номера объедены. Ничего подобного, номера отдельные со своими ключами-карточками. Пришлось 3 июля утром просить на ресепшен дубликаты карточек, которые не работали. В итоге в половину 7 утра стучал в дверь, чтобы разбудить старшую внучку, которая плохо слышит. Думаю что другие гости отеля были не рады моему стуку в дверь. Резюмируя: отель нужный, для транзитных пассажиров просто бесценный (несмотря на цену). Но хотелось бы чтобы девочки на ресепшен знали русский язык, официальный язык ООН, плюс описание на сайте отеля и на букинге соответствовало фактическому положению. Что касается сервиса: приветственная бутылочка воды (250 мл) - знак уважения к гостю. Не думаю что цена бутылки воды (меньше чем 1 евро) повлияет на операционную прибыль отеля. В общем оценка отелю 7 из 10
