Well located, 10 minutes walk from Tallinn historical center, rooms are spacious, comfortable, and sound proof, on the bathroom, rain shower isn’t great but that’s a small thing in the overall very positive stay. Internet is fast. Good breakfast, with variety and quality, well equipped gym. The best: the team, professional and customer focused. They all speak very good English making communication a simple process.

Everything was extraordinary. Food was superb and views were stunning to the harbour and city. Room was spotless, services were excellent. Bathroom was stunning. I highly recommended the Horisont restaurant and bar. Breathtaking views and unforgettable tastes!

Прекрасный отель, красивый дизайн, очень приветливые сотрудники. О Единственное, после 22 часов были закрыты кафе в лобби, хотелось бы иметь возможность воспользоваться услугами позже

Room and the view was beautiful. Nice big bed. Although service was definitely not up to 5 star hotel. Check in was really slow. Had to change room because the ac didn't work and how they dealt with it was absolutely ridiculous. Said about the ac before we went out for dinner and receptionist said they will check it. Came back and different receptionists were working and they didn't know if anyone had been in the room to check. So went back up to see if it was now working but it did not. Went back down to say it's not working and they said they will get us a new room but didn't give us a key straight away so we could just go and move our stuff there. Had to go up to get our stuff, bring it back down and meanwhile they didnt even get the room ready for us so had to wait until they was sorting all that out since there was now other customers as well and also the staff didn't know how to do this. Finally got the key and got the new room and everything was fine but what a hassle and lack of professionalism it was dealt with. Also no compensation, no apologies, nothing. Ridiculous making us go up and down and not just giving us a key to a new room and let us return the other key the next time we go down or leave it in the room or something. I would expect more from a 5 star hotel so would not go back cos of the lack of service.
