Во первых- рассматривала отель только с закрытой парковкой - по приезду - сюрприз - парковка закрыта и надо ставить машину на улице, без асфальта парковке за 15€ за сутки. Такой паркинг могли бы найти и сами и бесплатно. Во вторых - сам номер хороший, но ванная это жесть - душ льется просто на пол, после чего вся ванная в воде. Вопрос дальше- а девушкам как собираться в ванной? Фенить волосы и краситься на мокром холодном полу? Или мне всеми полотенцами вытирать весь пол? На фотках в букинге не заметила фото такой ванной - выбирала по фоткам, думала будет нормальная ванная. И вишенка на тортике - я за неделю, может даже две - написала в отель о том что можно пожалуйста попросить положить "угощение " в номер так как у мужа день рождение, ответили да. Как думаете, хоть что-то было в номере? Нет, вообще ничего. Только вода за бутылку 2€. Класс, спасибо, я даже была готова заплатить, но отель проигнорил. Спасибо. Дальше - завтрак - это просто "космос" - людей больше чем столиков - люди берут завтрак а сесть и покушать некуда. Все забито. Нет мест. И ты стоишь как идиот с полной тарелкой еды и не знаешь- идти к другим людям подсаживаться или уходить. Никто же не вернет деньги за включенный завтрак. Кофе не вкусный, наливают маленький стакан + только одна кофе машина, стоит очередь из людей чтобы взять кофе! Ну вы серьезно? Бегает одна девушка на завтраке - и убирает, и кофе машину обслуживает, и приносит и уносит. Где персонал, у меня вопросы. Честно, возвращаться в этот отель вообще не хочется, впечатления остались не очень. Спасибо

Information about our open parking area is available across all our channels, and I am sorry if this was not sufficiently clear before your arrival. I also apologize for the issues with the bathroom. The shower design in some rooms is modern but not always practical, and your description shows that the experience was far from comfortable. We will review this room type again with our maintenance team to prevent water leakage and ensure guests can prepare comfortably for their day. I am especially sorry that your request for a birthday amenity was not fulfilled. This should not have happened. I understand how disappointing this must have felt on such an important day, and I will review the situation with the team to ensure such oversights do not occur again. Regarding breakfast, I sincerely apologize for the overcrowding, limited space, and queues for the coffee machine. We are currently reviewing breakfast capacity, staffing levels, and equipment to better manage peak times and offer a more comfortable experience for our guests. запретили открывать окна даже на проветривание, система вентиляции и кондиционирования работала плохо, дышать в номере было не чем. На завтраке официанты очень высокомерны и если вы опазадете на завтрак хотя бы на минуту, перед вами закроют дверь

Администратор на ресепшене не поздоровался в ответ на наше "good evening" и даже не поднял глаза, когда мы вечером вошли в гостиницу. А так хотелось хотя бы улыбки в ответ
