We completely understand that what happened was unpleasant and frustrating experience. At the same time, we would like to respectfully clarify that it is not accurate to state that our hotel is unsafe. As soon you informed our staff about the incident, our team responded immediately by coming at place, by dealing with the drunk guest and by contacting both the police and our security service to ensure the matter will be handled as quickly and professionally as possible. While we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, unfortunately non hotel can guarantee or control the actions of every individual guest. Situations involving the behaviour of other guests can, regrettably, occur in any hotel despite appropriate security measures and prompt intervention. If any guest hears someone knocking on their door at night and feels unsafe or uncomfortable, it is always important not to open the door. Instead, the guest should contact the front desk immediately. A telephone is provided on the desk in the guest’s room, and the front desk can be reached by pressing a single button. We sincerely hope you will also take into consideration the way our team responded to the situation and we acted immediately, remained available to assist you throughout the process and fully cooperated with the relevant authorities. Dear Ms. M., Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We would like to clarify that the accessible/disabled rooms in our hotel are essentially the same as our standard rooms. The only differences are the grab bars in the bathroom and the additional space, making these rooms more spacious than our other standard rooms. We sincerely apologize if the towels were not clean. If you had informed our reception staff, they would have been happy to replace them immediately. We also apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the takeaway breakfast. Our breakfast attendant did not understand that you were requesting your breakfast to be packed to go, otherwise they would have been more than happy to prepare the box for you. We truly apologize for any inconveniences during your stay and we hope you will give us another chance, to show you the great quality of our service.
