Останавливаемся не первый раз, но стало хуже обслуживание , чем раньше и качество номера . на 2 этаже дали номер с засоренным сливом в раковине и неработающей настольной лампой. сама лампа в светильнике была сломана - колба свернута с цоколя.Мы попросили номер с видом на озеро, нам ответили, что постараются и дали молча номер с видом на обратную сторону..

I am truly sorry that the service and room quality did not meet the standards you were accustomed to from your previous visits. The issues with the blocked sink, the non-functioning desk lamp, and the broken light bulb are unacceptable, and I fully understand the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Our maintenance team has been involved to deal with these issues. Additionally, I apologise that we were not able to fulfill your request for a lake-view room, and that this was not properly communicated to you. Our team is still relatively new and undergoing training, but this is not an excuse, your comments have already been discussed with them so that we can ensure greater attentiveness, quicker reactions, and more proactive communication. We always aim to accommodate our guests’ wishes, and I regret that we failed to do so during your stay.
