Персонал вежливый, заботливый, говорили с нами на понятном для нас языке. В номере чисто, уютно и удобно для меня инвалида. Удачное расположение, не далеко от аэропорта. Обязательно останусь в этом отеле вновь.

Останавливались в отеле на неделю с 5 по 11 января. В номере есть все необходимое, отель удобное расположен в шаговой доступности от аэропорта Таллина. Через сутки после заселения попросили переселить нас в другой номер по причине стойкого и перманентного запаха канализации. В другом номере ситуация была насколько лучше, но запах из вентиляции появлялся волнообразно. Это испортило общее впечатление об отеле.

Из спорного - унитаз в ванной комнате имеет очень низкое расположение. Людям пожилого возраста трудно присаживаться так низко. Ни в одном отеле ранее не встречалась столь низкая посадка унитаза.
