We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the crowded and noisy restaurant, pricing concerns, and the parking situation where buses were prioritized. We fully understand your dissatisfaction, and we sincerely regret that we were not able to provide a comfortable environment for both individual and group guests.
