Restaurant saturé et bruyant, prix excessif du restaurant comparativement aux autres hôtels. Les bus sont prioritaires dans le stationnement ! Le personnel est parfois désagréable et semble stressés. Point positif les chambres ont été rénovées et sont confortables.

L’hôtel est trés grand avec des chambres spacieuses joilment décorée. Le petit déjeuner malgré l’immensité de la salle face à l’océan presente un choix énorme avec une surprenante qualité. Le service de navette est bien pratique.

2 nuits passées Très bel hôtel. Hotel gigantesque A savoir hôtel surtout utilisé par les chinois, ce qui rend les bains tout sauf relaxant. J ai fais beaucoup de bains dans ma vie celui-ci est très beau avec beaucoup de confort de propreté hors norme même, Hélas la présence des chinois le rend très très bruyant enfants et bavardage dans la pièce de détente. Le personnel est formidable et courageux pour supporter l'incorrection des clients.... Bravo à votre équipe. La chambre est absolument parfaite très propre très grande. Une de mes meilleures chambre au japon. Merci
