A poor excuse for a Mantra. Got it through Hotels One. Wonderful picture on the website. Got there it was at the back of a dingy industrial estate . The front desk looked like a desk at a prison with roller grill cage. Car park was dirty. The room did not look like it had been cleaned well. The curtain would not shut due a faulty rail. The body soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Shonky advertising. I have since seen better hotels for about the same price in and around the area. Really disappointing as generally have never been to a bad Mantra. The only saving grace were that the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and tidy but when I dropped something that went under the bed there were chips from a previous guest. The hotel was also a bit further out from central Sydney than I realised when booking so was two trains and then an Uber each time. Also was quite noisy on a weekday morning being in an industrial area

Please don’t book this hotel - it was totally filthy. Greasy, grimey doors and handles, microwave, oven, walls, lounges, chairs heavily stained - totally awful. No resolve but a full refund. I will never stay here again. Bed mattresses were like solid blocks. See photos for proof.

Inicialmente, fomos enganados pelas fotos que não condiz com a realidade. Longe do centro que para ter acesso vai andar de carro uns 40 minutos em auto pista a um custo de 160 dólares. Chegamos ao (hotel) as 23:00 horas. O acesso é por uma viela horrível. Ninguém na portaria. Nossa sorte foi uma das moradoras ter levado o cachorro para fazer pipi e nos enxergou- chamou alguém e me aparece uma senhora de pijamas e descalça para o check-in. Moradora, porque se trata de um apart hotel. Quarto ruim, mal cheiroso, carpete gasto e todo manchado, enfim, um horror. O café da manhã pago se resumia em uma torrada e café de máquina preparado por você. Para se ter acesso ao café, vc precisa retirar uma chave. Resumindo, nossa reserva era para 6 noites e deixamos o hotel no primeiro dia. Mais, esperamos ser reembolsados, fomos vítimas de propaganda enganosa.

Booked online. First room opened door and all we could smell was cigarette smoke from downstairs. Was moved to another room which was better. Room is old and extremely dated compared to the glossy pics on their website. Curtains don’t open with out a struggle. Couches are old and dirty. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. And the clincher was only a continental breakfast.
