Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review following your family stay. While we are pleased to know that you enjoyed our landscaped grounds, spacious accommodation, breakfast selection, and many aspects of our resort, I am sorry that several areas fell short of your expectations. I sincerely appreciate that your comments were shared with the intention of helping us improve. I was particularly concerned to read about the quality of the extra bed, which clearly did not provide the comfort your child deserved. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this caused your family. I also value your observations regarding the breakfast and restaurant offerings. We understand the importance of providing a wider variety of wholesome dining options, and your suggestions will be shared with our culinary team as we continue to enhance our menus. Your comments regarding housekeeping are equally important. While I am pleased that the cleanliness of the room met your expectations overall, the inconsistencies you experienced with replenishing amenities, replacing towels, and handling your personal belongings are not acceptable. This has been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review and reinforcement. Thank you as well for your suggestion regarding food delivery from the entrance to the guest rooms.
