Reception staff Pure and Aey were so loving to my kids. Room was exceptionally clean.Hotel housekeeping mindful of request for smart tv. Pool very clean, 3 pools. Free Pool floats,endless fun. Underwater scooter is highlight for kids. Gudetama and cinnamoroll blankets added extra touch. Soft toys, kids clubs amazing!lots of halal food nearby laila restaurant and roti Muslim.shuttle bus is a blessing.Very safe, staff remember kids and their parents and look around for parents. Anniversary decoration was a delightful touch.

The service was great when we first got here Nadear was so kind to show us around, and help us out. The food has been amazing in the pool and breakfast. And the room is always clean when we come back and smells amazing. So many kind people have helped.

We came here for a week's holiday with our children. We have high expectations about the hotel being friendly to the child. We spend a lot of time with our children. The hotel had a lot of activities for the kids. The rooms were bigger than we thought. The staff was friendly, especially Bee at the reception, she has a lot of knowledge about travel with kids.
