Спасибо за самый лучший отдыха! Отель каждый день удивлял чем нибудь и мы каждый день открывали что то новое для себя. Очень хорошо встретили, заселили раньше времени, вкусно кормили, убирались каждый день. Очень комфортный спокойный отель, подходит для отдыха с детьми.

Отличные впечатления от повторного посещения отеля. Уютно, камерно, красиво, отличное покрытие бассейна. Хорошие завтраки. Вежливый персонал. Минусы: Посредственны спортивный зал.

Великолепный отель, очень клиентоориентированный персонал. До моря 2 минуты пешком, все рестораны и магазины в шаговой доступности. Все очень понравилось! P.S. Замечание для отеля: очень медленная уборка номеров, целый день номер был неубран и приходили убираться, когда после обеда хотелось отдохнуть в номере. Если бы это делали в первой половине дня, было бы отлично.

Мы отдыхаем в вашем отеле уже третий раз. С первого нашего визита команда была чрезвычайно внимательна и эффективна в решении малейших вопросов. Отель продолжает оставаться таким же приветливым, расширяется спектр услуг, появилась парикмахерская. СПА отличный. Номер оборудован всем необходимым, в этот раз мы выбрали номер с выходом к бассейну, остались очень довольны. Большая признательность сотрудникам стойки размещения - Sidnee и Sun, супервайзеру ресторана на завтраках, горничным за качественную уборку и всей команде за общую атмосферу благожелательности и хорошего настроения!

Номер с двумя балконами произвел на нас благоприятное впечатление! Кровать, подушки и одеяло удобные для сна. Обслуживание номера отличное, сотрудники ресепшен дружелюбные и компетентные. Рестораны на крыше и у бассейна превосходные по качеству блюд и работе официантов! Шеф-поварам и персоналу 10 баллов из 10. Ресторан для завтрака не соответствует уровню 5-ти звездочного отеля, 7 баллов из 10, именно по части европейских блюд. Официанты не успевают убирать использованную посуду и убирать столы, поэтому приходится иногда ждать. Коктейли в барах не понравились по вкусу, 6 баллов из 10.
