Overall, the hotel is not bad; everything went well at reception, both upon arrival and departure. The restaurant is also good, the only thing is that you have to ask boiled eggs, it is not on the tables with all meals. you have to ask for them every time. Not everyone knows this, and many of guests kept asking us, "Where do you get hard-boiled eggs?" In all hotels, they're just there for you to grab. It's very strange for Thailand that there's no red fish for breakfast, no Benedict with Salmon. What I really didn't like was the room cleaning. It was just awful. One maid cleaned more or less, but the others either didn't bring towels, we were left without towels, or didn't bring tea and coffee, and no one washed the coffee table at all. The bed linen was all stained. We met a family from Canada, and they had a big fight about it right there. The hotel isn't cheap, 5*. You need to maintain the standard, hold meetings, and teach them how to clean rooms.

Purportedly 5*, sorry but 3* at best. Dated, average facilities, disorganised staff, difficult to get bookings to dinners, spa, treatments etc, concierge not very helpful with outside activities etc. Completely overpriced for what you get. Try elsewhere.

Бассейн - полотенца люди кладут в 7 утра и в итоге в течении дня никого нет , лежаки пустуют, а лечь на них нельзя. Завтрак - маленькое помещение , а народа много , в итоге по 30 минут стоишь, чтобы тебя посадили за стол. Дорога до моря - сделайте какую нибудь аллею до дороги , а то как-будто апокалипсис был , без слез пройти до моря нельзя...
