Second time to stay in Grand Mercure Phuket. It is always a pleasure experience to stay there. Ryan and Kai were always there to support ans assist me. The hotel in a very good location and in a quiet area as well. Breakfast was 10/10. I will definitely come back if I return to Phuket.

Some walking to beach and Junceylon, but great hotel

Hotel location is close to a food street, around 10 to 15 minutes walk to Junceylon. Patong Beach is also around 10 to 15 mins walking. (If you are not a fan of beach sports like motor riding, Karan and kata beach is much better) Room is clean and the swimming pool is good. Some rooms are directly connected to swimming pools. The service is good and the staff is friendly. One little downside is the kids corner is very small, but it's enough for young kids. There is laundry right outside of the hotel and the price is standard across the island. There is also taxi service provided there. The price is reasonable and the service is very good.

Overall, we had a very good experience at the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong and highly recommend it for couples planning a honeymoon trip. However, identified a few areas for improvement: 1. The room lighting could be brighter; even with all the lights turned on, it still felt a bit dim. 2. The hot/cold shower control was difficult to adjust, making it hard to find the right water temperature. Once these areas rectified, it will be so good and enjoyable!

An exceptional experience at the Grand Mercure Patong! The hotel's design is beautiful, blending modern luxury with a touch of Thai charm. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable—they were always smiling and ready to assist with anything. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of options, including local Thai dishes and international favorites. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. I would definitely stay here again!
