Had a amazing stay at avista, while amenities are there are at all 5 star properties. The real stars of avista are their staff, and the amazing food. A special mention to their 5 star staff Goldy and Vishal.

A nice place to spend a few days on vacation. Friendly staff and excellent food. The room was very nice. The property is surrounded by greenery.

A very calm location suitable for relaxing. The mix between the natural green and the sea is marvelous. The expectation was very high and they met it. The cleanliness was good. The value matched the price. I advise the guests to visit Vista restaurant, the Cheif Goldi was very helpful, we heard that the food is very hard in Thailand but the Chief made sure we enjoy every moment in restaurant. The Golf car drivers, Faisal and Aameen were very nice and worth every tip they got. Thumbs up 👍

The teams ability to turn what started off as a bit of a dreadful experience into one of the most memorable stays was incredible! Abhi & Elia from the front desk teams were quick to understand my issue with the room and change us to a better room (at an extra charge)! Both of them were super helpful throughout the trip and made sure we enjoyed every moment of it! Vishal from the F&B teams was attentive to our dietary needs throughout the trip and personally made sure we were taken care of everyday! We had Dinner at Sizzle as well as at Vista all day dining (where breakfast is also served) - food was incredible throughout! The bartenders at Sizzle make some awesome cocktails! The massage was great but the therapy rooms need a bit of a touch of Thai touch / TLC! The hotel does fire shows a couple of times every week which were great! Freedom beach is a short trip down and is worth a visit (not as crowded as the other beaches in the vicinity). We also took advantage of the free shuttle service to Jungceylon Mall which is a short walk away from Patong beach!
