Ho già presentato un reclamo e attendo risposta dal management dell'hotel. L'hotel ha volutamente e deliberatamente nascosto un'informazione così essenziale come la presenza di lavori di questa portata e l'impatto sul soggiorno, non solo alla prenotazione ma anche al momento del check-in. Si tratta di una pratica commerciale potenzialmente scorretta, in quanto atta a nascondere elementi essenziali che avrebbero un sicuro effetto sull'acquisto o meno del servizio. È inoltre disarmante come il personale della reception, alla mia richiesta di presentare un reclamo, non ha nemmeno chiesto quale fosse la ragione e in un pessimo inglese, mi ha solo detto che mi sarebbe arrivato un questionario via mail.
