La mia casa ad Istanbul

Questo è stato il mio terzo soggiorno in questa struttura e posso affermare con certezza che per me è casa. Nel corso degli anni ho provato diverse strutture alberghiere ma nulla a paragone dello Swissotel. Non si tratta solo dell’ambiente estremamente lussuoso e della vista mozzafiato che questo hotel offre, ciò che mi ha rapita è l’estrema cordialità e professionalità dello staff. I miei ultimi 3 soggiorni sono stati memorabili e devo ringraziare lo staff del consierge, in particolare il signor Müjdat Batılı e Cenk Arkıkan, che hanno seguito con molta attenzione ogni mia necessità offrendomi sempre ottime soluzioni e consigli sulle attività in città; i signori Mehmet e Ceyit del belldesk per la disponibilità, lo staff del servizio della colazione reso impeccabile dalla professionalità e gentilezza della signora Ozge e dal signor Kerem, un vero gentleman che si ricordava con precisione le preferenze della mia colazione (e questo è ciò che davvero ti fa sentire a casa), il signor Eren del servizio pulizie che ha pulito la camera in modo ineccepibile e ultima, ma non per importanza, la signora Zeynep Sarıyar, la manager del Guest service che mi ha colpito per la sua profonda empatia, dolcezza e cordialità, e che non vedo l’ora di rivedere affinché mi aiuti a costruire esperienze ancora più memorabili in questa città magica. Consiglio vivamente questo Hotel perché dal primo giorno lo staff si ricorderà di te e si impegnerà per farti sentire a casa anche lontano da casa.

Staff molto professionale e disponibile, sopratutto Huseyin alla sala breakfast delle residenze dell’hotel. Ottima location con vista mozzafiato. Unico difetto, essendo l’appartamento pieno di vetrate, nelle camere da letto sarebbe opportuno avere tende più oscuranti e sigillanti per la luce.

Le camere sono molto belle e molte hanno una stupensa vista sul Corno d'Oro. Il personale è attento e cordiale e il livello è decisamente alto sotto tutti gli aspetti. La cuina è ottima e la scelta è molto varia sia a colazione che a pranzo. Attenzione particolare ai controlli di sicurezza a tutte le ore. Scomodo per raggiungerele attrattive turistiche nelle ore di punta e distante 20 minuti da una metro.
