Una disponibilità incredibile da parte di tutto il personale, davvero unica. Buona posizione a pochi metri dal centro di Taksim e camere accoglienti e funzionali. Lo consiglio vivamente sia per viaggi di lavoro che di piacere!

Colazione ottima, albergo molto vicino all'ambasciata di Germania e piazza Taksim. Tante camere in vista Bosforo specie quelle ai piani alti. A fine soggiurno ho mandato tre mail ho dimenticato un oggetto personale in camera non mi hanno mai risposto, poco seri e professionali. La colazione a sacco promessa al giorno prima della partenza dato che partivo alle 5.30 del mattino non c'era colazione pagata e saltata. VERGOGNA

ho passato alcuni giorni a Istanbul, per affari e per visitare la città. L'hotel è posizionato bene, in zona non particolarmente caotica. Si raggiunge facilmente con i mezzi pubblici e in dieci minuti, con il tram si arriva nella parte vecchia. Lo staff è veramente molto gentile, disponibile, preparato e professionale. Mi hanno sistemato la camera come volevo e aiutato nel soggiorno. Grazie a tutti. La prossima volta ci torno sicuramente.
