It was such an honor to have a valued guest like yourself and we are sorry to hear that we could not manage to exceed your expectations. First of all we do apologize for our staff to not understanding and speaking Italian fluently. Second of all we checked our records and system however we could not find any message or breakfast box request from you. We assume that the language barrier caused this inconveniences.
