之前就住過你們的飯店也有提出一些建議，可是這次在入住並未改善，譬如你們的房間沒有提供飲用水必須到1樓或11樓取水這樣對住宿者來說太不方便，而也建議你們電視的部分可以提供Netflix或YouTube而且你們提供的按摩腳的機器有些都壞掉了也沒修繕標榜著有按摩腳的機器卻不能使用這次我還特地帶了兩組朋友一起入住你們的飯店我上次連續住了五天，這次也是連續入住了六天再晚上回飯店後日本的頻道實在是很少，所以希望能夠有其他的平台可以使用。現在一般入住的飯店以這樣子的價格都會有比你們更好的提供硬體設備相對的你們的服務少了些⋯
