选了日式的早餐,但是味道很普通,量也给的很少,所以不是很喜欢。房间升级也只给升了一级,同样面积的房间,不是很大方。

At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologize that the taste and portion of the Japanese and Western breakfast did not meet your expectations, that our team did not inform you about the option to reserve window seats, and that no apology was offered regarding your breakfast experience during check out. I have shared your feedback in detail with both our dining and front office teams. We are reviewing the dishes and portions of our breakfast offerings, ensuring our colleagues clearly explain seat reservation options, and reinforcing the importance of acknowledging guest concerns during departure. I truly appreciate you letting us know where your experience did not meet expectations, and I’m very sorry that your stay left you feeling disappointed. I would like to start with the experience at our rooftop bar. Hearing that the service felt unprofessional is concerning, and I understand how much this can affect the overall impression of a stay, especially in a space that is meant to feel polished, relaxed, and enjoyable. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused you. I’m also sorry for the confusion around your order and payment during check-in. Having to clarify charges and complete payment again yourself is inconvenient and should never happen. This points to a lack of clarity and coordination on our side, and I fully understand why this would impact your confidence in our processes. Your feedback on breakfast is equally important. A limited selection and flavors that did not meet expectations clearly affected your morning experience, and I regret that this was the case. Breakfast should be a moment of enjoyment, not disappointment, and we have work to do to improve both variety and quality. You also mentioned that service management felt disorganized.
