全新的酒店，无敌东京湾的景色。服务人员专业和热情，氛围非常好。房间比较大，很考究。43楼的Driftwood餐厅不错，菜色和服务都很棒！下次还会再来！

酒店的服务特别好。因为孩子特别喜欢serene，在餐厅有看到serene的小玩偶，老公就在房间便签留言了希望能够得到serene的周边，结果晚上回到房间，看到四只小可爱，小朋友开心坏了！！！早餐的选择不算多，但是很经典。日式西式的都点了，都很好吃

We are truly delighted to know that you enjoyed an excellent stay and that the beautiful scenery, accommodation, breakfast, facilities, and overall service met your expectations so fully. It is especially encouraging to read your kind words about our duty manager and the breakfast restaurant team member who was able to assist you in Chinese. Your recognition means a great deal to us. At the same time, we would like to thank you for bringing the bath salt matter to our attention. Following a careful review by housekeeping team, we found that the bath salts used at the time could recrystallize when the water temperature dropped, and that the color of the recrystallized salt differed from its original appearance, which could understandably feel unpleasant. Based on this finding, we have decided to change the bath salts we provide. We are sincerely grateful for your feedback, as it has helped us identify this issue and make a meaningful improvement for our future guests. We are also grateful for your observation regarding language support at the front desk. As you rightly pointed out, we welcome many Mandarin-speaking guests, and your feedback highlights an important opportunity for us to better align our services. We are actively reviewing staffing and training arrangements so that language support is available more consistently, particularly during check-in, to provide a smoother arrival experience for our guests.
