I truly appreciate you letting us know where your experience did not meet expectations, and I’m very sorry that your stay left you feeling disappointed. I would like to start with the experience at our rooftop bar. Hearing that the service felt unprofessional is concerning, and I understand how much this can affect the overall impression of a stay, especially in a space that is meant to feel polished, relaxed, and enjoyable. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused you. I’m also sorry for the confusion around your order and payment during check-in. Having to clarify charges and complete payment again yourself is inconvenient and should never happen. This points to a lack of clarity and coordination on our side, and I fully understand why this would impact your confidence in our processes. Your feedback on breakfast is equally important. A limited selection and flavors that did not meet expectations clearly affected your morning experience, and I regret that this was the case. Breakfast should be a moment of enjoyment, not disappointment, and we have work to do to improve both variety and quality. You also mentioned that service management felt disorganized. I appreciate you being direct about this.
