看中酒店是新的和房间大,但是在房间有可升级房型情况下没有享受到升级,预订3间房间,名字全部错误,办理入住用了很长时间。早餐等待上菜时间每天都至少超过半小时,甚至第一天等了1小时…而且服务参差不齐,只有最后一次就餐享受到了面包,其他时候从来没有人问我们是否需要。没有完整介绍酒店的服务等等。服务人员也不热情,可能不至于到歧视,但是还是存在差异化对待,对待欧美客人就比较热情,对待中国客人就很冷淡。小孩子也不友好,有一些画笔,但是很旧,而且也不是新的。以前去的酒店都会给一份新的画笔。
