作为一个luxuryhotel，没有给客人热情的实质服务。比如happyhour的鸡尾酒，不是对每个人都开放。邀请朋友一起去健身房也做不到，强调了只能入住人本人。

一楼的行李服务很好，前台办理入住服务无功无过，没有特别的感受，一般般，客房服务打扫清洁有时候会比较好，有时候清理又不是很到位，水平差距较大
