Dear Mister T., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We sincerely apologize that the information regarding the complimentary water dispenser was not clearly communicated to you at check-in. We fully understand the inconvenience this caused, especially as you had already purchased water elsewhere before becoming aware of it.
