We used the conference rooms and the experience was great. The rooms were set up by Tub Kong and Tao Bang and it was spotless. Our host was Sky, she was great and accommodating. Offering her help throughout the whole day and keeping the room up to a great standard.

Mark was really attentive and had a very pleasant experience! I was there for a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, the staffs were very helpful, rooms are clean Family friendly with great facilities. Would come and stay here for my future visits!

It’s perfect place for families. Rooms are good with all facilities and clean . The room cleaning staff was good and on time . Breakfast was good but no options for vegetarian and Indians . The. View from my room was great as I stayed on high floor.

The staff are wonderful, very attentive, especially Ice. He was very communicative and no problem was too difficult. Ice has excellent customer service. The room was excellent and the facilities were great. Check in and check out were easy and again, the staff very accommodating.

Old hotel and poor service for a 5* place

The place is old and it shows it. I usually don't mind it but a few things didn't quite work out this trip. First is the service, if I am coming in for check-in with a few suitcases it would be nice if somebody could open the doors for me. That didn't happen and the doors must be pushed open manually, there is no automatic sliding doors here. And behind the doors there are stairs waiting for you. I am sure there must be some other access too (if nothing else for disabled people) but I didn't see it so I had to carry my own suitcases up the three or four steps to the lobby. Another thing which disappointed me was the cleanliness. There were hairs stuck in the shower drain and they stayed there throughout my whole stay. One towel hanger behind the washroom door just decided to fall down (the doors like everything else are very old, so I am not surprised it happened). I left it there by the bathtub hoping that somebody would fix it, but I had to wait two days for that to happen. Finally, on my first night when I tried to access the lounge for dinner (cocktail time) it was so full that people were lining up, so I just gave up. I came back some 30 minutes later and I was offered a made up table in the hallway (nice of the staff to improvise). Then when I was about to choose some food, the servers came in and just started cleaning up everything from basically under my nose. It was 7pm after all and they were doing their job, but it felt like a slap in the face. Not a positive experience here.
