Séjour de 2 nuits dans ce grand Mercure. Chambre avec vue sur le Taj Mahal au 4 ieme étage. Taille importante de la chambre. Grand qualité de décoration. Avec une belle salle de douche. Literie très grand confort. Bref du grand luxe. Personnel de restauration très sympa et très bon buffet. Piscine agréable sur le toit pour se détendre.

Membre Diamond, pas de welcome amenity ; La chambre était correcte rien à dire dessus. Par contre le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un grand mercure que ce soit en terme de choix de plat du buffet ou le service ; On nous installe sur une table pas débarassée, le serveur commence à débarrasser une partie de la table mais oublie de mettre les couverts, il nous a fallu réclamer à un manager. Les managers viennent demander si tout va bien, mais il ferait mieux de aider le service. Les clients semblent être surtout des groupes de touristes créant un grand désordre car il n'y a pas d'indication à quelle table tel groupe doit se mettre.

Hôtel bien situé pour se rendre au taj Mahal . Vue sur le Taj mais il ne faut pas regarder en bas car vue sur les toits indiens… le personnel se met en quatre pour bien faire, même si parfois la commande n’est pas parfaite . Mais l accueil est chaleureux .
