While I am glad the room met your expectations, the dining experience you described is certainly not up to our standards. Your concerns regarding table readiness, service attentiveness, buffet quality, and lack of coordination for group seating have been noted and addressed with the team for immediate improvement. Your point about managers being more hands-on is also well taken. Additionally, we regret the inconvenience caused due to WiFi speed.
