Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your comments and would like to clarify a few points. Guests are welcome to make reservations through their preferred booking platform based on the available rates and conditions. Please note that we do not offer hourly room rates; a minimum one-night stay applies to all guests. Regarding luggage storage, according to our standard policy a storage fee applies. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to avoid dissatisfaction, we made an exception and refunded the fee. The room provided was the same category as originally booked, as we always ensure guests receive the accommodation category confirmed in their reservation. Upon request, a booking confirmation letter was also provided. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future. Warm regards, Madona Megrelishvili General Manager

凌晨三点到酒店，一直系统错误，到了接近四点钟才给房卡，前台确认可以18:00退房，后来又来敲门说可以延迟到15:00退房，中午12:00前台就一直打电话，坚决不承认可以15:00退房。赶紧收拾行李下楼，然后又说可以到15:00退房，酒店的行为已经打扰了我的休息，再让我拿着行李回到房间吗？有什么意义呢？
