We are truly sorry to learn that your experience was significantly affected by noise during the night. We understand how important a peaceful environment is for a comfortable stay, and we regret that the music and subsequent disturbances prevented you and your family from getting the rest you expected. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. As our hotel is located in the heart of the city, some level of noise from the surrounding area can occasionally be experienced. However, the level of disturbance you described is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Had this been brought to the attention of our reception team during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate the situation, check whether the windows were functioning and sealing properly, and do our best to find a suitable solution to improve your comfort. While we are pleased to see that you appreciated the cleanliness, breakfast selection, and WiFi, we are disappointed that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Instead, we provide water dispensers on every floor, along with a jug and glasses in each room, so guests can conveniently refill fresh drinking water at any time. We also appreciate your comments about the room size, quilt, and slippers.
