We were staying in room 702. Our check-in was smooth, the staff were welcoming and nice. During our stay, we weren’t lacking anything. The room was a great size for two of us, the bathroom was clean and the shower/water pressure was good too. This room featured a huge balcony with fantastic views of the square and cityscape. We were able to hangout in the Rum bar after returning back on our last day and that too was a nice place. Thanks for a great stay, I will be recommending this Ibis to anyone who visits Tbilisi!

Ibis Styles hotel in conjunction with TripAdvisor, ruined my vacation. Working in tandem, they both failed to change a simple change in reservation dates when there was plenty of vacancy. They kept giving me a run around and failed to take ownership of a simple issue. After two days, I ended up moving to another nearby hotel. Besides this experience, the hotel room, lobby are not to my taste. Will certainly appeal to young children. Location of hotel is excellent but there are many other hotels in this busy and popular area. As a frequent traveler for business and pleasure to over 80+ countries and few million miles (now retired) this was my worst experience at a hotel (the hotel staff was always polite and professional) but did not have the ability and will to take ownership a simple problem and help out the guest

Your reservation was made under a non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable rate. This condition was selected at the time of booking and is clearly stated in the policy. Additionally, the reservation was made through a third-party platform and not directly with the hotel. As our reception team explained, we are unable to make changes to reservations booked through third parties under these specific conditions, as they are prepaid and restricted. However, as your comfort is our top priority, and despite not receiving any official request from your booking agency, we still reached out to them ourselves to explain the situation and try to find a solution. We truly value our guests and always do our best to assist, even in difficult or restricted cases like yours. Multiple team members tried to find a resolution for you, but unfortunately, you left the hotel before we were able to fully respond or explain the outcome. Please also note that the hotel’s design is intentionally unique, inspired by traditional Georgian style. Full and accurate photos of both the rooms and hotel interior are available across all booking platforms to help guests set proper expectations prior to booking. Hotel located near Liberty Square means most must-see sites are in walking distance. We had a room on the 6th floor, with a view of the Mother of Georgia monument. I have to mention the welcoming reception staff and effective housekeeping service.

The entire experience was really great. - Hotel location is super convenient, easy to reach via car/walk/bus/metro - Breakfast was really nice and good (for a budget IBIS hotel) - Hotel offered free tea, coffee, and water throughout - a great perk - Hotel has really cool bar on its 5th floor - There are many bars and restaurants on the street of the hotel, a very lively place to stay at - It's literally 1 min walk from the Liberty Square / Freedom Square - Many currency exchanges within close walking distance - The lobby has a huge and awesome socializing area, reading area, working area, etc. The room and amenities was great (for a budget IBIS hotel). I booked using my Accor Plus Silver membership, and everything was just perfect. We got the special member's only room 601, the suite with balcony, which literally has the best views of the city, and mountains, from multiple angels. They also provided free late checkout till late as a Member Booking perk. Overall, full points for this hotel and it's warm hospitality. Really enjoyed my stay here. 100% recommended for all kinds of tourists.
