Dear Zhenhui Z., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your stay at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our location, as well as our breakfast and bottled water offerings. At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced. Your comments regarding the bathroom safety, including the slippery floor and absence of support handles, are taken very seriously. We also note your feedback about the waste bin, ventilation, and the overall functionality of the bathroom. Please rest assured that these points have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action. Regarding the amenities, we understand your concerns. While we aim to follow environmentally responsible practices, this should never compromise guest comfort. We will reinforce our procedures to ensure that essential items are replenished proactively without the need for repeated requests.
