Mercure Tbilisi Old Town offers an amazing location, just a few steps away from the Old Town and within walking distance of many of Tbilisi’s top attractions, including the cable car, Narikala Fortress, and more. The hotel is also only 15 minutes’ walk from Freedom Square, making it a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-isolated, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. Breakfast was good and well organized, with all the basic items needed, and a special mention goes to the delicious cheese roll, which was absolutely amazing ❤️. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Dachi, Levan, and Valentina, who went above and beyond by helping us connect our mobile phone to the screen so we could watch our national team football match. It turned into a truly memorable and unforgettable night for all of us. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, with very good attitude and warm welcome, they gave me wonderful room with nice view, special thanks to George the manager which gave me assistance even before I arrived in Georgia, he helped me with all questions when I was in Bahrain.

One of the best places that we love in Tbilisi we usually like to go between different hotels but honestly we were happy to come back in Mercure Old Tbilisi , also I would like to share a secret please ask for Levan and Esmira on the reception they were really welcoming and helpful . Thanks alot

Location is great, rooms have enough space, price is rather fair and noise level is acceptable. The cleanliness and breakfast can improve, there were some dirty towels put in our room and the blanket was a bit dirty with spots. Reception team was really great, specially Dachi who has provided us great support.
