Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you left with such a disappointing impression. At the same time, we would like to sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding luggage storage. In fact, when guests have a future reservation already confirmed in our system, we normally do allow extended luggage storage between stays. We regret if this was not communicated clearly during your visit and understand how inconvenient this situation must have felt.
