Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you left with such a disappointing impression. At the same time, we would like to sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding luggage storage. In fact, when guests have a future reservation already confirmed in our system, we normally do allow extended luggage storage between stays. We regret if this was not communicated clearly during your visit and understand how inconvenient this situation must have felt. Regarding the room size, ibis Budget is designed as a compact and functional accommodation concept, and room dimensions are indicated on booking platforms to help guests choose the option that best suits their travel style. Dear Mr. L., Thank you very much for sharing your impressions of your stay with us. We are glad to know that you appreciated our convenient location, the fast check-in and check-out, and the friendliness of our team. At the same time, I sincerely acknowledge your comments regarding the room size, number of charging ports and bottled water. The ibis budget concept is designed to offer essential comfort and value at an affordable price, which means that some items, such as complimentary bottled water, are not included in the standard room setup. Instead, we provide water dispensers in the hotel — this is part of our sustainable approach and helps reduce plastic usage. As for the Accor app, please kindly note that Georgia and Tbilisi are available, but sometimes the wrong region may be selected, which could cause difficulties in finding the city.
