L'hôtel est situé en plein centre à distance de marche des principaux sites touristiques. Le parking est gratuit et gardé. L'hôtel est sécurisé. L'accueil est excellent et la plupart du personnel très avenant. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct mais l'offre de restoration au sein de l'hôtel est limitée. La piscine est petite mais l'espace est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour au Pullman Cape Town City Centre. C’était notre première fois à Cape Town et nous avons eu une très belle expérience, au niveau attendu d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Le personnel a été réactif, sympathique et très professionnel tout au long du séjour. Je souhaite particulièrement remercier Alex, qui travaille à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Il a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, d’une vraie attention envers les clients et d’une attitude très accueillante.
