Harsh Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

I stayed at this hotel as a part of my Accor Membership. They complimentary upgraded us from the Suite to the Suite with Balcony, and this room is just wonderful. It's huge, and has a great view. The best part was the close proximity to the restaurant and all other hotel amenities. Ample free parking space right at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast at this hotel is extraordinary. Out of all other places in Uzbekistan, this breakfast was the most luxurious. Great spread, and good timing till 11 am. The hotel staff are very courteous, and helpful. They will tend your needs as best possible. They have a great indoor pool, which is just great for the summers, and their hammam steam bath rooms are extraordinary. I even used their spa, and although the rates are a little on the higher side, the experience was just fabulous. There is just 1 CON - their lifts do not go to exact floor, you will have to either go down or go up half a floor to reach your room floor. but that was alright. Overall, it was an excellent stay for us friends. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's a great value for money, it's more like a resort than a general hotel, very inviting and at a superb location too.

Terrible Experience

Sd Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

The AC wasnt working. Room heated up a lot. Repeatedly asked for someone to come and have a look. No one did. Not even offered to change the room. Finally asked for a pedestal fan and used it to stay cool for 3 nights. Just horrible in this hot weather. Pathetic.
