Turkish bath and pool area was great. Hotel exterior and decor were unique. Decent selection for breakfast I didn’t like the room. It was basic and without character, like any budget Ibis/mercure hotels. The grey carpet looked somewhat dirty and cheap. Service was average; when I left, no one came to help me carry luggage into the taxi. Outdoor restaurant area appeared to be closed for winter which was a shame. Location-wise, a bit far from the city. Overall, I felt I was better off staying in a boutique hotel in the old town which might offered better value for money and a more authentic experience

We came here with three kids so we took two rooms, given side by side. As our rooms were linked by stairs frm the lobby, we had our luggages carried by them. Breakfast had a good spread, only wanted more variety each day. First day breakfast we had sting playing in the air/background, which we love! Nice smell. Great decor with old bukhara vibes. Room was big and great. We didnt hv a bidet for one of the rooms tho. Location wise easily accessible to sights by walking abt 20mins, if not u can get yandex. Wish we had a complimentary charter to the train station tho.

Fully enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Old Town Bukhara. Exceeded our expectation in everything. From the exceptional design of the hotel, with top facilities and rooms while maintaining an authentic building design. The location is optimum; in the old town perimeter, and away from the noise of tourists spots.
