Good Location and Comfortable Stay

This property is new and the room was clean and comfortable. Most of the tourist attractions in the old town are within walking distance. As I have Gold status, an upgrade to a Privilege Room was already arranged for us when we checked in. The front desk was prompt, efficient and polite. The only defect was that the shower leaked into the toilet. It's fine in the summer, but I imagine it would be quite unpleasant in the winter.

We had a great stay at this location. It was very quiet, so we got a restful sleep for the days ahead. The staff at the hotel also recommended a great tourist guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We came using taxi from train station and welcomed by a super nice english-speaking security guard that helped us to offload our luggages from the taxi. This joyful was then dropped when the reception assigned us a room that does not have elevator access even after seeing our luggages, baby stroller, and so many bags. Reception said i would have to pay if i wanted to get upgraded to higher floor that has elevator access. Very unpleasant experience with inexperienced FD team. I am not really happy with the crew. I believe it is combination between new hotel, cost cutting, and inexperiences. I only saw experienced staff the day i left the hotel. Especially during breakfast time, we can tell that the crews did not really clean the empty plates, grouping and chatting in the bar, no one standing by, etc etc. I got my welcome package though, i am pretty happy with it. I guess this wasthe only thing meet the ALL standard for platinum member.

The hotel is well located, it is new. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is very good.
