My first experience was in the restroom off the lobby, which was a bit dirty. However I was grateful for a slightly early check-in and a great room. The hotel room was very comfortable. Some of the amenities were unclear. For example, the information on the TV in the room said that we could request shoe shine service and slippers, neither of which was actually available (we made separate calls to the front desk about this). I was wanting things like Q-tips or cotton swabs in the bathroom, and we also did not have an ice bucket in our room. The shampoo and conditioner did not leave my hair looking good. However, overall the room was super comfortable, the bathroom was super clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect and close to many things. So I had a great stay overall.

We enjoyed our stay. Within short walks to all the key sites. Enjoyed late dinner at Lola's (sp?) in the lobby and were always greeted warmly when we left or returned.

The staff was amazing. the only negative was that the coffee was not drinkable in the room. Had to go out both mornings to find something that was good.

The rooms were well laid out and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect. We had a great stay! The *only* improvement I would suggest is higher quality toilet paper. It sounds like a little thing, but the current product is awful.

The hotel is conveniently in the middle of everything, space needle, public market, spheres, museums. But I feel as if we didn't fit in there and we weren't as welcomed and not treated as the same as other guests. We got so many glares from the staff behind the desk every time we left our room, it was a bit uncomfortable. If there would be a next time of visiting, I would definitely stay somewhere else.

1. I stayed for 5 nights and during the entire stay the hotel ran of out slippers. 2. At check out, I asked the staff to send my receipt via email, she never did. This is very unprofessional, as I’m on a work trip and need the receipt for expenses.
