The stay overall was good but we have to report some problems. Positive aspects: -friendly staff; -cleanliness; -good buffet; -acoustic in the room (between the room and the technical installation). Negative aspects: -SPA always very crowded with very noisy groups; -very very uncomfortable bed. We slept very badly and when you don't rest you can't fully enjoy the experience. We highlighted the issue about the bed; the staff were kind in trying to turn the mattress upside down but nothing changed. When we checked out we were hardly asked how our stay had been, except at the last second before we walked out the door (we reiterated the problem with the bed but the response was 'we are sorry, goodbye'). I think the most important thing for a hotel (especially if it aims to be high standard) is to never turn away an unsatisfied customer. In our case, we cannot say we had an unforgettable experience and I honestly would not recommend a night in your hotel. Instead, I would recommend you to solve the bed problem (we have heard other guests complain as well) and equip the rooms with different types of mattresses (that way you could propose a room change).

Less than expected service for a hotel and a prestigious hotel chain like yours

We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 p.m., there was no bell boy to take the luggage from the car to the reception or to the room, at the reception they initially told me that I booked 2 bedrooms and not 1 (even though this is not true) they brought me a key and sent me to the room without information whether I would be charged for room 1 or 2, and of course they didn't ask if they needed or wanted help with the luggage! It should be noted that the room was large, pleasant and spacious and it was very pleasant! We celebrated a wedding anniversary and I mentioned it in the order, but we didn't have something nice waiting for us in the room for that, in addition my wife and I have a general problem with food, so at dinner we asked the waiter to talk to the chef and take care of 2 courses of salmon or sea bass for the next day in the evening, because that's what that we can eat! The waiter nodded affirmatively and we ate only fruits, vegetables and bread! The next day after noon I asked the girl at the bar to make sure again with the chef that we would have the fish dishes for dinner and she answered yes! Unfortunately when we came to eat around 19:30 when I asked the waiter about the dishes we asked for, he said he was sorry but the hotel doesn't have the fish we asked for and there is something else (that I can't eat) we were terribly disappointed and again we ate fruits, vegetables and bread! I was more disappointed that I was not informed before the dinner would not have the fish we asked for and not when we entered the dining room and sat down to eat! 24 hours not to update so that it won't be particularly unpleasant that the waiter knows and saw that we eat only fruits and vegetables the night before
