The hotel is well-located. Family SPA and playhouse is super But the air condition totally cannot work in the room, if the weather is hot (with high humidity level) so our sleep was terrible, however the sign at the front door says, it is a 5 star hotel. (They give us automatically a simple fan, but it was worth nothing). There is not enough staff in the restaurant, so during the meals some food was missing for a time, and the table cleaning was slow too.

We were in the hotel for the second time but this time we were a little bit disappointed. The food at dinner was not warm, the egg benedict for breakfast was a disappointment (hard-boiled with unflavored sauce). The biggest negative is that the hotel charges 15% service fee for everything (for service at dinner, at the bar and even on the mini bar bill - we refused to pay that). V hoteli sme boli už druhýkrát, ale teraz sme boli trochu sklamaní. Jedlo na večeri bolo vlažné, vajce Benedikt na raňajky strašné (na tvrdo s nedochutenou omáčkou) a na to som sa tešila najviac, lebo naposledy bolo výborné. Jedno veľké negatívum je, že si hotel účtuje 15% servisný poplatok za všetko (za obslúženie pri večeri, pri bare a ešte aj na účte za mini bar - to sme odmietli zaplatiť).

A family of 5 - 2 adults 3 kids ages 2, 3, 5. Everything is very suitable for kids and they had a great time. The place is clean and well maintained. The food was ok for adults, for the kids is was very basic and the same every meal. At diner water aren't served and tap water costs a lot, in general hotel prices are high. Lunch isn't included and there's only one option inside the premisses which is quite expensive and not very good. The location is remote from any other restaurant and car / bicycle are needed to get anywhere to eat outside.
