Dear Mr. D., Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are glad that you appreciated the large room and its comfort, but we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with certain aspects of your stay. We are sorry that the temperature in the room was not completely to your liking but we want to inform you that all our rooms are equipped with radiators equipped with distributors, which allow the temperature to be adjusted according to the preferences of each guest. So to improve comfort, you can adjust the room temperature as you wish. If you encounter any difficulty when you are our guest, do not hesitate to contact the front desk of our hotel and we will be happy to help you. Regarding the quality of breakfast we assure you that your feedback is very important to us and we are striving to improve the variety and quality of it. The policy for changing towels is that they should be changed daily only when they are placed on the floor or if they are visibly dirty, according to our sustainability principles. Our goal is to reduce the impact on the environment, without affecting the comfort of our guests. In terms of sustainability initiatives, we appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuing to improve these practices so that we combine comfort and respect for the environment in a balanced way.
