I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the friendliness of our team, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the smooth arrival and departure experience. Your kind recognition of our colleagues means a great deal to them. I also appreciate your understanding regarding the soft opening phase, as we continue finalizing several facilities across the resort. At the same time, I am grateful for your candid comments regarding the lobby comfort and, most importantly, your dining experience. Your observations about the breakfast variety, bakery quality, and the unavailability of certain menu items are noted with great attention. This is clearly not the experience we aim to provide, particularly for guests staying several days on the island where dining options outside the resort are limited.
