I am absolutely thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful experience and were impressed by our grand scale and state-of-the-art facilities. Even during our soft opening phase, our goal has been to deliver a seamless experience, so knowing that you found our facilities and systems fully operational is incredibly rewarding for our team. As a solo traveler, feeling comfortable, secure, and genuinely cared for is so important. I am deeply touched by your comment that our friendly hosts made you feel like you were meeting a friend. We believe in proactive, heartfelt hospitality, and our pre-arrival WhatsApp outreach is just one of the ways we try to ensure a smooth, worry-free journey to our resort. I completely understand your sentiments regarding the travel logistics, including the Indonesian visa requirements and the changes to the direct flights between Seoul and Batam. While these border and airline dynamics are outside of our control, we always hope that the tranquil beauty of Bintan and the warmth of our hospitality make the journey well worth it. I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the friendliness of our team, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the smooth arrival and departure experience. Your kind recognition of our colleagues means a great deal to them. I also appreciate your understanding regarding the soft opening phase, as we continue finalizing several facilities across the resort. At the same time, I am grateful for your candid comments regarding the lobby comfort and, most importantly, your dining experience. Your observations about the breakfast variety, bakery quality, and the unavailability of certain menu items are noted with great attention. This is clearly not the experience we aim to provide, particularly for guests staying several days on the island where dining options outside the resort are limited. I have already shared your comments with our culinary team so we can improve menu variety, consistency, and product availability.
