공항에서 호텔까지10분 정도 소요되는 거리에, 바로 건너편에 쇼핑몰과 바로앞 MRT위치, 친절한 직원들, 조식도 다양하게 맛있었습니다.

호텔 자체는 오래된 느낌이 좀 납니다. 특히 욕조에 물을 받을때 따뜻함이 유지되지 않고 점차 식어서 여러번 멈췄다가 다시 틀어야 하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 하지만 직원분들의 친절함과 전체적으로는 깔끔한 컨디션에 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.

중심가에서 떨어져 있다고 해서 걱정했으나 mrt와 버스 이용이 너무 편리해서 만족함. 다만 이그젝티브룸으로 예약했는데 그에 대한 혜택이 적어 아쉬었음

저는 Accor Gold Membership을 갖고 있는 회원으로서, 유럽과 아시아 지역에서 매우 많은 호텔에서 그 동안 약 40박 이상의 숙박을 해왔습니다. Grand mercure Singapore Roxy는 다른 4성급 호텔과 크게 다르지 않았습니다. 단 하나, 그곳은 매우 훌륭한 두 명의 직원을 보유하고 있던 점을 제외하고 말이죠. - Justin : 체크인/체크아웃을 도와주는 Front Desk에서 일하는 직원입니다. 한국말을 할 줄 아는 직원이죠. 그는 매우 늦게 도착한 우리 가족을 매우 성심껏 대했습니다. 매우 친절했으며 어떻게든 저를 도와주려고 애썼죠. 그가 객실 업그레이드를 해주거나 특별한 다른 무언가를 해준것은 아닙니다. 그는 그가 할 수 있는 최대한의 친절을 우리 가족에게 배풀었습니다. 밝은 미소와 함께 체크인 절차를 상세적으로 차근차근 도와줬습니다. 제가 본 가장 친절한 직원중 한명이였습니다. - Alan : 택시를 타고 내린 우리 가족의 짐을 차에서 내려주고 친절하게 맞이한 직원입니다. 그를 호텔에 도착할때 한번, 그리고 호텔에서 체크아웃하고 짐을 갖고 떠날때 한번.. 이렇게 총 두 번 마주했는데 그는 매번 적극적이고 긍정적인 태도로 우리를 대했습니다. 항상 밝은 미소, 그리고 언제든 호텔 손님을 도와주겠다라는 자세였죠. 말로 설명하지 못하는 특별한 무언가가 있었는데 아마도 그것은 활기차고 긍정적인 에너지였던것 같습니다. Alan에게 에너지를 전달받아 매우 행복했습니다.
