Booked a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary. Banyan Tree Bintan offers an Isle Villa Resort experience. The Service Staff are very attentive, polite and warm; did their best to curate a good experience for us. Like to make a special mention of Mr Trantuk Hotna, he gave us a tour around the resort in the buggy, after resort activities were cancelled due to the rain. Things we liked; Service Staff's responsiveness. Masseur for the Massage are good, Food served at restaurants are fresh and good Service staff threw an anniversary surprise for us by prepping our room Things that we think were unfortunate, but can be improved; Our massage venue was changed from "Treetop" to "Hilltop", it wasn't communicated clearly to us, and Hilltop is in no way listed on the brochure map. We would have loved to have a longer Massage/Spa experience, but unfortunately, there were no vacancies. Monsoon season resulted in several water activities cancellation, there were no substitutes planned for these. In our 2 nights here we were not able to participate in any activities due to Monsoon, Rain, Staff on MC. It was unfortunate. Things that we didn't like, doubt anything can be done; The cost of dining at the resort restaurants are comparable with Singapore Rates, with a bottle of wine going at around USD100. There was smell coming from the toilet, not sure what it was. The hot water from the Bath wasn't warm enough. The Jaccuzi pool at the Villa did not offer warm water. Lots of Mosquitoes flying around, that's just a result of the venue. Bearing in mind of Post-Covid manpower challenges, over it is an enjoyable stay

I don’t normally write reviews but I’d never forgive myself if I didn’t this time. My family and I will remember this trip for the rest of our lives. I booked this resort as a surprise for my dads birthday and it almost brought me to tears how beautiful and accomodating every single person was (in particular Lilik, Daus, Rasno and Mulila), they’re so professional and they work incredibly hard. They communicated via WhatsApp and all of the replies were immediate. They even complimented a small cake, a small gift and decorated the room for my dad’s birthday (which I never would have expected). The food is great and cleanliness is 10/10. I already can’t wait to come back, this will definitely be an annual family holiday destination. If you decide to stay here I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

LEV is one of the best staff who is taking care during our stay . Every moment is good & we are very grateful. If we decide to come back Bitan , we will definitely stay in this hotel. My family are enjoying visiting Bintan. Especially good hotel Banyan Tree

Our stay at Banyan tree was magical. The beach, poolside & villas are amazing & the service throughout the resort is heavenly. All the staff, from Sofyan at reception, to the housekeeping staff & poolside team make your stay a delight. From constantly giving you chilled water in glass bottles, to picking you up in golf buggies, the staff works tirelessly to make your stay effortless. We took advantage of the hotel's facilities, played tennis, used the small gym, took a mountain bike ride, watched the sea turtle release & had the amazing beach BBQ - there was plenty of relaxing & things to do if weather was cloudy. The team also went out of their way to make my birthday special, with flowers & towel art in the room & a birthday sing song - truly perfect! We recommend going to the Kelong Sea food restaurant for dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was great, but we found the wine to be very expensive at the resorts & beyond, so perhaps bring some with you. The Indonesian food at Cassia Hotel for lunch was delicious & well worth a trip. We used our driver, Haris, who collected us at the airport for any excursions & outings for massages etc. In short, a great, relaxing & unique holiday!

トミーさんandリリーさん are very nice!!! Because theire honeymoon surprise is very good! Thank you so much! The room(309) is very nice.Infinity pool is so wonderful and beautiful! The only disappointment is that the water pressure in the showers is weak and the temperature is set low.
