Dear Guests, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies that your stay did not meet your expectations. I am particularly sorry to learn about the inconvenience you experienced during the rainy weather, including the delay in buggy assistance, the slippery walkways, the elevator being unavailable, and the delay in the delivery of the iron. These are certainly not the experiences we aim to provide our guests. The safety of our guests is one of our highest priorities, and I am especially concerned to read your comments regarding your child slipping on multiple occasions. Had these incidents and concerns been reported to our management team during your stay, we would have immediately investigated the situation, deployed additional assistance, and taken any necessary corrective action to ensure your comfort and safety. Unfortunately, no escalation was brought to our attention at the time, which prevented us from addressing these matters while you were still with us. We have nevertheless shared your feedback with our operational, engineering, transportation, and security teams to review the circumstances and reinforce our service and safety procedures, particularly during periods of heavy rain. While I regret that we did not have the opportunity to recover your experience during your stay, I do appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
