Good if u want somewhere more affordable to stay in batam yet with good standards. Friendly staff and convenient location to nearby attractions and malls. Only issue is my room cards couldn't tap the lift sensor properly (but staff helped and it was resolved quickly). Wouldn't mind staying here again

Overall the whole experience in the hotel is excellent! Very nice room, clean and hip interiors. Breakfast choice was great and staff was friendly. With the affordable rates, this was not expected at all. Will definitely stay here again! Good Job.

I stayed here for a business trip and had an excellent experience. The check-in was fast, the staff were welcoming, and the room was clean and cosy. The workspace and stable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay productive. Breakfast offered a good selection with consistent quality. Its location is also a strong advantage, close to key business areas and easy to access. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for business travel. I would definitely return on my next visit.
