I sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you encountered during your visit, and I am truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The condition of the bedsheet, towels, and the hairdryer, as well as the problems with the chiller and delays in receiving your welcome voucher, are absolutely unacceptable. I’m glad to hear that you found our staff friendly and accommodating, and that the room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub. However, I sincerely apologize for the noise disturbances you experienced during your stay, as well as the issue with the fridge. We understand that the noise from the rooftop bar, nearby nightclubs, and prayers from the mosque significantly impacted your comfort. I am truly sorry for this and will work with the relevant teams to explore ways to improve soundproofing and reduce disturbances, particularly for our guests staying in rooms near these areas.
