Weekend stay - one and the only time

Service is bad, bedsheet is stained, chiller in the room is not cold at all. The bath towel looked yellowish, seems like floor mat instead of bath towel. Hair dryer spoilt with smoke coming out and the hotel does not have a spare hair dryer. i slept with my hair damp and can only wait till the next morning to get someone fixed it as it was pretty late and i doesn't want to wake up sons up in the middle of the night. The staff at the restaurant need to double and triple check the welcome voucher - being the Accor Plus member and made us waited for more than 30 mins to get it sorted out and another 30 mins to get it served on the table. I would definitely not be coming back!

Noisy hotel stay

Hotel staff: friendly, accommodating Room: clean and comfortable, nice bathtub Problems: The biggest problem is the noise. I stay at room 816, the highest floor right next to the roof top bar. I could hear the bar area sounds at night, they will only stop at 2 am. Another night I could hear clubbing sounds in the middle of the night at nightclubs below the hotel. At 4am, we could hear prayers from the mosque beside and it would last for an hour everyday. And lastly the fridge is spoiled. Not a good hotel to stay in if u bring ur kids.

Nice to be back after a few years. Was grateful to be upgraded. The bathroom was amazing! Just missing a tub. Main draw back is location. There is nothing around it. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Food was okay. Hot shower was great. The TV channels were limited in variety. No movies at all. The TV does not have pairing with mobile devices so that dampened the experience. One of my points years ago was the minifridge not being cold. It is the same. The fridge is warm, hence i could keep any drinks or cakes cold. Housekeeping did amazing. Except for one day, they did not put the sofa back in its place 😅. I did it myself.

Noisy Traffic

Stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. The main drawback was the noisy traffic from the main road opposite the hotel. I had to request for a change of room as I'm a light sleeper and could not sleep as the windows have poor sound proofing.

Check in was fast. Staffs very ftiendly. Room #321 very spacious. Bed & pillow very comfy. Rush out again and came back around 2am. Then i realised that mini fridge was not working. I put my drink at around 230pm.. and still not chilled. Shower gel was totally empty and the lever was not clean properly. Bed sheet and bolster have stain on it. Given a non 1 smoking room.. but it smell bad. Toilet have cigarette burn mark . Next morning was checking on my cake delivery and was assisted by Pratama at front office. He was very careful while handling my items. Very friendly and share information of Batam with me. Cheerful lad with positive vibe. Good to have him at FO. Breakfast was good. Chicken was abit salty. Love the egg station. To the facilities management, please fix what is spoilt in the property. I saw many feedbacks about the fridge and nothing was done to improve the ammenities.
