I had an exceptional experience at Swissôtel Shenyang thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shirley Shi, Gloria Dong, and the hotel’s conciege team (especially the one with the golden keys on his blazer (I cannot recall his name). Shirley and Gloria demonstrated remarkable professionalism, warmth, and genuine care throughout my stay—Shirley was attentive and proactive with every detail, while Gloria consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The Golden Keys concierge also impressed me with his expertise and dedication, offering thoughtful recommendations and seamless assistance whenever needed. Their combined hospitality truly elevated my stay, and I am grateful for such excellent service. Highly recommended!

The staff is really friendly. From the staff at the front desk to the housekeeper! Shenyang's image has become so good because of the Swissotel Shenyang. I was so happy during my stay. Thank you for providing such a good memory.

Received upgrade on arrival. Upon entering the 8th floor (non-smoking), there was a very strong and offensive smell of cigarette smoke. The next morning, I made a complaint to reception about the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The Front office manager Rachel, did try to resolve this issue by changing rooms, but there seemed to be a strong smell of cigarette smoke on every floor. I requested to speak with the General manager Maggie, and we had a good discussion about this smoke issue. As a result Maggie and her management team were able to move us to a room that had minimal cigarette smoke odour.

The front desk failed to demonstrate the spirit of hospitality. Some staff members in the concierge department had a poor attitude and provided subpar service. The hardware facilities in the rooms were lacking and outdated. The staff did not greet guests warmly.
