Dear Ms. O., Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry and sincerely apologize that the housekeeping did not properly secure your room door. She closed the door but did not check whether it had fully locked. Our housekeeping staff clean dozens of rooms daily and thousands over the year, and this is the first time such an unfortunate mistake has occurred. She also sends you her personal apologies.
