This hotel is in a good location and has a great foyer and restaurant area. The rooms are so dark and lighting so bad you can barely see what you are doing in the mirror . You can rent a desk lamp ! I didn’t feel particularly welcome here at any time . The room was clean with a good comfortable bed . Very underwhelming service . Happy to leave

Hotel is in a great location a short walk to everything in Dotonbori area. We had the Privilege Family room which had a queen bed and they added a rollaway for our daughter. Beds were OK typical firm beds in Japan, I always struggle with hotel pillows and these were typical pillows from a hotel way to soft for me. As others have said it is very dark in the rooms, this is really only an issue when your trying to get ready in bathrooms as the lighting really is terrible, it could be easily fixed with lighting for the mirror improved my wife complained how hard it was for makeup etc. For us the breakfast was terrible not much of a selection for westerners so if you dont like asian for breakfast its got very little to offer, Id not bother if its not included in your rate. In the end the hotel was fine but we have rebooked to return to the area next year at a different hotel, I wouldnt return as it just missed the mark for us.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel but the room was very small with no space for luggage. Staff speak very little English which was very difficult when an issue arose in relation to our room. Comfy bed. Breakfast was okay. Very little western options.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was deeply concerned by the lack of hygiene and safety measures. Not only did I find hair on the beds, but the room also contained a stained memo pad with a cup stamped on it, a dusty environment, and a dirty chair. Waking up to discover a bloody pillow only intensified my fear and frustration. As a loyal member of this hotel management group, I had high expectations, and I am deeply disappointed by the subpar conditions I encountered during my stay. Despite having positive experiences with this hotel group in Korea, Macau, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Singapore, I never anticipated such issues in Japan. I paid significantly for a four-night stay, only to receive poor care and preparation. To make matters worse, the management seems unresponsive to feedback, displaying delays in email replies and delivering incorrect messages.

It was all good until the last morning of my 4 night stay The staff behind the food counter just put me off to have breakfast there Disgusting it's all I can say Lack of English by the staff is another issue here, it's an ACCOR HOTEL, I would expected more, otherwise I can stay in a Japanese hotel
