We rate this hotel five stars despite a few shortcomings because the main pluses are so good. First the minuses: the rooms are the smallest we've ever stayed in however this is central Tokyo where space is very expensive. The double bed has walls on three sides however there is still room for two suit cases. The hotel isn't new however it is very clean and well maintained. The first main plus is that the hotel is located in Ginza which is a great location and it is only a short walk from Shimbashi railway station and other subway stations and a short walk to the main shopping street and many eateries. The best part of this hotel is the service. It is exceptional. There is a French man who knows how to sort out issues quickly and efficiently and is very unassuming. There is also a woman trainee from the sub continent who is also excellent with customer service. The other staff members are also very good. The window in the room opens for fresh air and the air conditioning is good. Our tips are: skip the breakfast option. There are lots of better options close by including convenience stores with much better food. There are many great eating options nearby and a wholesale grocery store that is close. We stayed here for three nights and again for three nights a week later. Having stayed on both sides of the hotel it doesn't matter which side you stay.

Convenient location to shopping district in Ginza. Hotel is new and clean. Express Bus from Narita stops at the nearby Mitsu Garden Hotel Premier. It’s a easy 10 mins walk with our huge luggages. The front desk staff are efficient and helpful.

Our 1st stay in Ginza and was glad it was a right choice. Its a good choice if you have a tighter budget trip and hotel location is good. Hotel is just 8mins away from Airport Limo bus stop from NRT and short walk to Ginza/Shimbashi station. Hotel is surrounded by little eateries and Family Mart just opposite hotel too. Hotel staff friendly and they provide unlimited toiletries in lobby for use.

Booked this ibis hotel for its excellent location within upscale Ginza for shopping, great for shopping/dining and back to the hotel multiple trips a day. Room is small given that it is ibis but price is affordable with bathtub within the bathroom as well. Room is more comfortable to house one occupant. Basic amenities like shower gel are provided at the lobby. Quite hard to flag for cabs, we managed to book one using a taxi booking app.

Ginza is an excellent base for touring Tokyo and this hotel is perfectly located off the Main Street of Ginza, surrounded by reasonably priced restaurants, family marts/7Elevens and close to 2 subway stations (Ginza and Higashi Ginza). Like almost all hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are small but it has everything you could need including a safe, great shower and air conditioning during a heatwave. Being part of the Accor group, it has excellent in room amenities and professional service - check in and out was simple. It is easily walkable to the Tsukiji Outer Markets and Kabuzi-za theatre. I would happily return if touring Tokyo again.
