We spent a weekend in Tokaj in November and stayed in the Mecure Tokaj Center hotel, this stay was perfect in every aspect, comfortable and practical room, very nice design, spacious bathroom, great shower. The bed is very comfortable, you can really relax and have a restful sleep. We had a room on the third floor, very nice view from the terrace. Fantastic breakfast, everything fresh, tasty and plentiful. The hotel is centrally located, all attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The spa is very pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Very kind and attentive staff, really helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!

Kind staff, nice rooms, good wellness

We found the room size to be adequate and comfortable; however, some aspects of the room’s layout seemed inconvenient. For instance, the toilet paper holder was located directly beneath the towel dryer. As a result, when we hung our swimsuits to dry, water tended to drip onto the toilet paper. Additionally, we were traveling with a young child, and the ground-floor room we were assigned turned out to be rather noisy. With frequent foot traffic just outside our room and sounds coming in from the lobby, our little one’s sleep was often disturbed. To add to the noise issues, the children in the room above us were running and playing loudly until around 10 p.m. on one of the evenings, which further disrupted the quiet of our room. Moreover, there was a mechanical noise within the room, noticeable both day and night, which impacted our own ability to rest as well. During our visit to the wellness area, we noticed that by the afternoon on our first day, the towels had run out, which was a bit inconvenient. On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. The food was delicious, varied, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive.
