Dear Katharina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and room condition. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. It is disappointing to hear that housekeeping did not service your bathroom adequately during your 10-day stay.
