Das Badezimmer war sowas von ekelig und dreckig. In den ecken lag so viel Dreck und ein Schmuckanhänger von vorherigen Gästen, auf dem Abflusssieb in der Dusche lag ein Büschel langer schwarzer Haare, die Ablage in der Dusche war defekt, die Wäscheleine war defekt, der Lüfter im Bad war defekt, an der Decke waren schwarze Schimmelflecken (z.T. Schon überstrichen mit weiser Farbe, absolutes no go da sehr gesundheitsschädlich!). Waschbecken war komplett gerissen, Klospülung lief permanent durch. Der Rest vom Zimmer war okay, Teppichboden war sehr versifft und eklig. Einziges plus: Bett war dafür ganz bequem und sauber. Preis für Zustand viel zu teuer.

Lage und Umgebung gut. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption freundlich. Zimmerservice mangelhaft: Etwas zu staubig im Zimmer/ auf mittelhohem Kleiderschrank/ Klimaanlagen-Gitter Verbrauchte Kaffeepulver und Teebeutel wurden während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht aufgefüllt, obwohl die Nutzung bemerkt wurde, da die Tassen gereinigt wurden. Frühstück: Auswahl okay. Frühstücksraum teilweise zu voll. Keine Platzwahl. Kaffee teilweise erst nach expliziter Aufforderung/ Nachfrage. Kaffeeautomat wäre besser. Parken für Hotelgäste meiner Meinung nach zu teuer, man ist schließlich nicht im Stadtzentrum.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fliesen im Bad waren schmutzig und die Dusche stark verkalkt. Ein Griff am Fenster fehlte, sodass es nicht richtig abdichtete und etwas laut von draussen war. Vom Flur her hörte man, wie die anderen Türen laut schliessen. Ich war in Zimmer 303. Die Holzoberflächen waren deutlich abgenutzt. Lage gut zur Bahnstation Olympic Park.
