酒店Check-out回到上海后，才发现遗失了星巴克定制的保温杯。抱着试试看的心情打电话给前台询问，没想到前台小哥哥很快找到了我的杯子，还邮件联系了我。仔细询问是否有当地朋友去取。幸好我在有当地的同事可以帮忙。非常惊喜！其实是一家舒适，整洁，管理规范的酒店。下次出差还会选择这家！

设施有点老旧，不知道为什么只能预订Access Room 所以所有的按钮都会比较矮 而且登记的是两人入住，牙刷支给了一套 早上想打电话延迟退房，但是一直没有人接听
