I will investigate the cleanliness of the room you stayed in and we do offer bathroom amenities, so I will need to follow that up as well. Slippers for the room are available at Reception. Our lobby scent is the Mercure Branded "Mercure Florid" which can be found in all Mercure properties globally. Thank you
