I'm a huge fan of William Inglis as even though its located in a "suburban" location, it's truly a 5 star experience in set-up, food and hospitality and amenities ( a big shout out to the crew at the Newmarket Restaurant who really exemplify outstanding customer service). Saying this, just a few things creeping in as the hotel ages - most of the electrics in room 825 were fraying - clock not working, power outlets loose so charger was not charging, woodwork damaged in places - all minor but an outstanding hotel just needs to keep an eye on not dropping even the small essentials.

We had a beautiful surprise to see how gorgeous our room was!!🥰 The view was spectacular of the racetrack and gardens. The food and staff were excellent too!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in worldwide. This hotel is such a hidden gem, meaning it is located away from any crowded area of Sydney. Everything was world-class from check-in to check-out. I thank Clara, Assistant Front Office Manager, for the very warm welcome and outstanding knowledge of Accor. In fact, everyone had excellent knowledge of Accor, including Lee and Kaomi who attended to me in the Restaurant. Bailey made the best coffee at breakfast time. A shout-out to Stefan (Maintenance) and Zane (Reception) for their immediate assistance in attending to my room. I have a soft spot for this hotel, as I reached Platinum status with Accor after staying here. Finally, the pool was fantastic. Very clean, well-cared for, with amazing views. Stefan (Maintenance) went around ensuring all was in order.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel — truly five-star service at its best! A special thank you to Deepak, Yuvika, and Ana for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were very impressive, always friendly and attentive. The rooms were immaculate, the pool area was stunning, and every amenity was top notch. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I will very highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my husband during his business trip and I am excited about the enjoyable experience. The place is very nice, the staff very kind. The rooms are very nice, well furnished, comfortable, well equipped, clean and fragrant. A pleasure to stay in this hotel, for the location, for the silence, for the attention to detail. The first night we had the pleasure of taking a very nice room, very spacious and with all comforts. Also the bathroom products are of a higher standard in this hotel. Around four in the morning, I was able to enjoy the sight of the beautiful horses with their jockeys, who trained along the path reserved for them, this too was a great joy for me. The abundant breakfast, for all tastes, excellent fresh and quality ingredients. The next day I had the privilege of giving myself a space all to myself, in the hotel spa. WONDERFUL experience. Stella is a true professional, very good and competent. I had a facial treatment, which lasted more than an hour, with high quality products and with the skill of Stella, who advised me well and then a perfect pedicure, all in a hygienically perfect, pleasant environment, in a 'hushed atmosphere, accompanied by relaxing music, with the help of essential oils that spread a wonderful scent in the air. Thanks to the hotel, to the staff, to Stella. I advice you to stop in this structure, it will be a different, pleasant and unforgettable experience. Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel con mio marito durante il suo viaggio d'affari e sono entusiasta dell'esperienza piacevole. Il posto è molto carino, il personale molto gentile. Le camere sono molto belle, ben arredate, confortevoli, ben attrezzate, pulite e profumate. Un piacere soggiornare in questo hotel, per la posizione, per il silenzio, per la cura dei dettagli. La prima notte abbiamo avuto il piacere di prendere una camera molto bella, molto spaziosa e con tutti i comfort. Anche i prodotti per il bagno sono di livello superiore in questo hotel. Verso le quattro del mattino, ho potuto godermi la vista dei bellissimi cavalli con i loro fantini, che si sono allenati lungo il sentiero loro riservato, anche questa è stata per me una grande gioia. L'abbondante colazione, per tutti i gusti, ottimi ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il giorno dopo ho avuto il privilegio di concedermi uno spazio tutto per me, nella spa dell'hotel. Esperienza MERAVIGLIOSA. Stella è una vera professionista, molto brava e competente. Ho fatto un trattamento viso, durato più di un'ora, con prodotti di alta qualità e con l'abilità di Stella, che mi ha consigliato bene e poi una pedicure perfetta, il tutto in un ambiente igienicamente perfetto, piacevole, in un 'atmosfera silenziosa, accompagnato rilassando la musica, con l'aiuto di oli essenziali che diffondono un meraviglioso profumo nell'aria. Grazie all'hotel, allo staff, a Stella. Ti consiglio di fermarti in questa struttura, sarà un'esperienza diversa, piacevole e indimenticabile.
