Service from the Hotel staff was Fawlty Towers bad. From check in to check out they were hopeless. Despite showing emails from the organiser of my booking to their staff they refused to amend the booking to include meals and parking and also refused to follow up. It was up to me to contact the Organiser to contact them and then when I got back EVERY Night, there was a shift change and back to square one. Poor desk staff were clueless, confused and although not rude very unhelpful and NO Manager in sight or on site!

We stayed for 5 nights after a flight from UK, excellent location for local amenities and tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful at all times . Rooms were a bit tired and in need of some tlc, of the two lifts one lift was constantly out of action and on one night both were out of use so stairs to 7th floor , and the air on was noisy. Also lots of noisy guests who had little consideration for others and suspect this had something to do with Chinese New Year celebrations which were on at the time. We had breakfast first morning but this was disappointing for the price of 36 dollars so avoided thereafter, plenty of local places to eat breakfast. This hotel could do a lot better.

I don't know what was wrong but everyone and everything on this trip was a disaster. I arrived and the room not ready although post 2pm and they were apologetic but bad start to trip. Then due to staff shortages had limited food available. The time spent there seemed to drag and the people working seemed crushed. I asked them R U OK? And they said "yeah".

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar; schnelle unkomplizierte Reaktion bei Problemen; auch der Wunsch, die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse nicht vertrocknen zu lassen sondern zu gießen wurde umgehend erfüllt und fortgesetzt; der Kaffee zum Frühstück könnte besser sein - liegt aber an unseren europäischen Erwartungen; Abendessen war immer sehr gut und schön angerichtet.

Booked this hotel because of the brand. I should have done my homework before clicking the reserve button. The service is okay, amenities below expectation, no dental kit, no bathroom slipper, no bathrobe not even a drinking water set up in the room. Property entrance is disappointing, it screams of unwelcoming unsettled debris, looks so unattended. The transparency of information is lacking. When you have an on going refurbishment, that notice should be available to your clients prior to reservation may it be as a pop out in all your affiliated agents and not coming as a notification after we made a booking.That makes your guest decide whether they still like to book despite the awareness.There will be no good if you notify us after reserving us we’ve already booked especially when it is a non refundable booking.Got no choice but to stay. Booking.com says you have one restaurant and a room service available.But upon check in, restaurant is closed.No room service on Sunday.Nor this information was updated. The room we’ve been allocated has a view of a roof, so disappointing.Despite marketing it with a nice view in booking.com. Could have chosen somewhere else.I felt I was lied to after booking based on the photos available in booking.com website such a shame. If I comeback again to Perth I’ll definitely choose somewhere else.
