Stayed at this hotel in East Perth, which is about 2km away from CBD. Hotel is easily accessible to bus routes, which are free within the free zone. Hotel was clean, comfortable but just a bit small. Overall, nice stay

Ich war für 1 Nacht hier und bin sehr zufrieden. Saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Mit dem Taxi ist es nicht weit bis zum East Perth Terminal (ca. AUD 20,--)

Ich habe meinen sehr teuren Apple Pencil Pro im Hotelzimmer vergessen. Eventuell ist er mir vom Möbel bei der Minibar heruntergefallen oder beim Sessel, welcher vor dem Bett steht, in einen Spalt gerutscht. Einen Tag nach dem Wegzug bemerkte ich den fehlenden Apple Pencil Pro, welcher extrem teuer ist und kontaktierte direkt das Hotel. Ich hatte mit Chad vom Front Office Kontakt (Assistant Manager). Dieser teilte mir zu Beginn mit, dass die Putzfrau nichts gefunden hat. Er wollte mein Anliegen nicht weiterverfolgen. Da ich hartnäckig blieb, ging er nach seiner Aussage höchstpersönlich, nach der Abreise weiteren Hotelgästen, im Hotelzimmer nachschauen. Allerdings hat er gemäss seiner E-Mail nur unter dem Bett und bei den Nachttischen nachgeschaut nicht aber an den von mir genannten stellen. Mir ist klar, dass ich den Apple Pencil Pro verloren habe und es somit mein Fehler ist. Allerdings habe ich es innert 24h bemerkt und das Hotel direkt kontaktiert. Nach aktuellem Stand der Dinge, kann ich den Stift gemäss "Find My" nach wie vor bei der Adresse des Hotels lokalisieren. Da ich auf den Apple Pencil Pro beruflich angewiesen bin, musste ich gestern einen neuen für 220 Australische Dollar bestellen. Das Ganze ist für mich sehr ärgerlich und hat einen schlechten Beigeschmack. Da ich wieder in der Schweiz bin, wäre ich mit der Übernahme der Kosten, des neuen Apple Pencil Pros, zufrieden. Please note after guests check out, our housekeeping team clean the room and any lost property which is found in the room, is noted in our housekeeping lost property log. The lost property log was checked, and nothing was noted as being found in the room. As you noted the pencil was still showing at our hotel, I advised I was able to check the room you were in, however had to wait until the current guests departed. Once the guests departed, as mentioned, I personally went up to the room and looked everywhere. I sent you through the following email: Hi Kevin, I have just personally checked the room again; under the bed, behind the side benches (lifted them up also), under and inside the cupboard, all around the floor and the whole room. I was unable to find the Apple Pencil. Hope you are able to locate it. Thank you. I can assure you that I checked everywhere in the room. You may have lost the Apple Pencil Pro outside of your room and is somewhere that has not yet been located. If this happens to be found, we will definitely reach out to you. Please kindly note when singing the registration form, that you agree not to hold the hotel liable for any loss of cash or valuables kept in the room, that are not located in the safety deposit box. In this case, the loss of this item was not the hotel/staff\'s fault. Nevertheless, if this item is handed in, we will definitely reach out to you. Thank you.
