Great stay but disappointing spa experience

We had a delightful stay at Swissotel, a truly lovely property with excellent amenities and stunning views from our room. The hotel is vast, and the ambiance added to our overall experience. A special mention to Sagata, who provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. Denise at the gym was also impressive with his professionalism and training expertise – truly a highlight! However, the spa experience was disappointing. While my husband had a great session, my masseuse, Ziyoda, was unwelcoming and harsh. She cut my 90-minute session short and seemed to do random things to pass time. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high standards of the property. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay overall, thanks to the wonderful hospitality and the comfort Swissotel offers. If the spa service could match the quality of the rest of the hotel, it would be a perfect experience!

The entire experience from the drive in to the checkout is amazing. The quarter is incredible and the staff welcomes you into their establishment like you would their own home. Ramilya and Erke are absolutely amazing attentive and ensuring your visit is special. The Moxy bar is incredible a great place to wind down your evening with plenty of choices to complete your evening with a night cap.
